Most burnout statistics online are copies of copies, unsourced and undated. I lived the statistic: 6 companies, a complete burnout in 2020, a rebuild. So I hold this data to the standard I'd want as a reader: named sources, sample sizes, honest caveats, and original numbers from my own coaching practice.
