Put your friend, colleague, or family member in business

If you have a friend, colleague, or family member who is considering doing something new professionally, here's what you do:

1) if they are looking for a job, you ask them what the dream job looks like and then you think of all the people you know who could help make that happen.

2) if they are launching a business you become their first customer, no matter what they are selling - you are buying.

3) and if you have the money, invest in them

One of the kindest things you can do for somebody is to "put them in business" and believe in them (even when others do not).
