Your feelings or analysis - What counts more in decision making?

Feelings vs. analysis

I'm sure many arguments could be made for analysis being superior to feelings in business.

But I've always felt my way when making the biggest decisions:

• does this feel right for the team?
• is it the right thing to do for the company?
• how does this decision make me feel?

Thankfully most of the time analysis and feelings align, and when they don't, I've trusted my feelings more than the analysis...
