Hello vs. Goodbye

Saying goodbye well is just as important as saying hello properly.

Most of us are pretty good at entering new relationships with employees, customer and partners with a smile and a hand ready to shake.

But, when something ends. Even on a good note, I am still surprised how people do it poorly.

It is not just first impressions that lasts. It is most certainly also last.

So say goodbye with the same affection as you say hello.

You and your company will be better for it.
