Lazy Sundays aren't about doing nothing.
Lazy Sundays aren't about doing nothing.
They're about doing everything that matters.
I've discovered a world beyond screens and spreadsheets.
A world of genuine recovery.
My Sundays now look different:
- Long morning walks in nature
- Cooking elaborate meals from scratch
- Reading books unrelated to business
- Playing board games with family
- Gardening in my backyard
- Listening to vinyl records
- Sketching without purpose
- Calling old friends
- Practicing a musical instrument
- Doing slow, intentional yoga
These aren't wasted hours.
They're reset buttons.
My mind wanders differently.
Solutions emerge unexpectedly.
Creativity flows without pressure.
I used to think productivity meant constant motion.
Now I know it means strategic stillness.
Founders often forget: we're humans first.
Not machines.
Not algorithms.
Humans.
What will you choose to do this Sunday?
What part of yourself will you reconnect with?
