Creating culture - how?

Creating culture

I do not believe you can design culture from the outset when starting a company.

Rather I think hiring creates culture, so my suggestion to a budding founder the other day was to consider the mix of people that together will form the culture they (the founder) aspire to have.

And then let the team create it with you as they arrive at your firm.

That's what I did at Holo and it turned out to be the greatest place many of them had worked up until that point.
