To sleep, perchance to dream

Quantity and quality of sleep are two of the biggest challenges I hear from my clients, and it’s no surprise. Here are some sleep facts that illustrate how big a problem this is:

  • One study estimates the annual cost of workplace errors and accidents linked to insomnia at $31.1 billion
  • If it takes you less than five minutes to fall asleep at night, you’re probably sleep-deprived. Ideally, falling asleep should take 10 to 15 minutes.
