Surround yourself with the right people

As a first-time founder, there’s no shortage of critical decisions you will need to make.

But the ones you make about the people you surround yourself with are probably the most important.

In the early days - when your idea is just a germ in your head - it’s often a great plan to find a co-founder.

The saying about “two heads are better than one” is really true, and a co-founder can help you accelerate good ideas, and keep the not-so-good ones in check.

And once things take off, your early hires will set the tone for the talent and culture of your organization.
