What Is It Like Working With Me?

Here’s how coaching with me actually works.

I use a whole human approach. We look at your life and your business together: strategy and tactics, plus the habits that make them stick.

We meet once a week on video. If you are in Copenhagen, we can sometimes meet in person. Between sessions, you have direct access to me for quick decisions and support, WhatsApp, Slack, SMS, or whatever you prefer. Coaching is continuous, not just a once-a-week check-in.

We start with a simple intake. We clarify your goals, the energy leaks to fix first, and what success should look like in the next 30 to 90 days. The first three months are focused and intense. After that, we shift into a steady rhythm to maintain progress.

What we work on often includes:

  • Personal Habits that drive performance: sleep, food, exercise, and sometimes meditation.
  • Focus and Time: fewer meetings, clear priorities, and stronger boundaries.
  • Leadership and People: co-founder alignment, hiring stance, and feedback culture.
  • Stakeholders: cleaner communication with your board and investors.

Most programs run nine months, some shorter, some longer. It depends on your goals and your reality. Each month we name two outcomes to hit, review what worked, what did not, and decide what to change next.
