The CEO weekly self-review
One of the things I work with founders on is the CEO weekly review template. It prompts them to ask themselves:
- has my behavior been consistent?
- how did I do as a leader this past period?
- did my knowledge improve?
- what can I do better next period?
It can be done weekly, or semi-weekly, but not more infrequent than that.
