Please start meditating.

I’d be shocked if it didn’t improve your focus, clarity, and capacity to lead under pressure.

Here’s how I started:

I was skeptical. 

So I read the science - Harvard, Stanford, and MIT studies all pointing to how meditation rewires your brain for better decision-making and emotional regulation.

I downloaded Headspace, 

then switched to Insight Timer. 

Eventually, I found that 10 silent minutes with a timer and no app worked best for me.

I committed to doing it daily, 

before breakfast, 

before email, 

before the world got its hooks in me.

I did this for 30 days straight, and I began noticing I was less reactive in meetings, more present with my son, and finally sleeping through the night again.
