What I actually do:
• Challenge your assumptions
• Question your decisions
• Push your boundaries
• Hold you accountable
• Deliver uncomfortable truths
What I don't do:
• Emotional hand-holding
• Validation seeking
• Problem coddling
• Past dwelling
• Excuse making
Your success requires clarity, not comfort.
Your growth demands action, not analysis.
If you want someone to tell you everything's okay, hire a therapist.
If you want someone to show you how to make everything better, hire me.
Choose your support system based on your goals, not your comfort zone.
