I was looking for a quote to start writing this post so I searched on the word “stop.”
Immediately, I was inundated with people giving quips about NOT stopping.
To some extent, the sentiment isn’t wrong. When we’re creating or building a business, there are times when the indomitable spirit needs to drive the bus and we have to push and push.
But it’s also equally valuable to put thought into what you should stop doing. There are things we do as leaders that would be better served in the trash heap.
In this video, I go through five things I recommend to founders and CEOs that they put a stop to… immediately.
