A checkup and action plan before you burn out or blow things up.

Whole Human Baseline is a simple way to answer that question without committing to a big program: a focused checkup, a clear map, and a concrete 30-day plan.
Who it’s for?
Founders and CEOs (roughly 20–250 person companies) who:

What it is?
A short, high-leverage engagement:
- 90-minute deep-dive session
- A simple written map of what’s actually going on
- 3–5 concrete changes for the next 30 days
- 30-minute follow-up session to review and calibrate
No curriculum. No group calls. No fluff.
Just one experienced founder-coach sitting with you, looking at your whole system in one picture:
you, your company, your board, your closest relationships.
What we look at:
In the 90-minute Baseline session, we walk through:

- Energy, sleep, and how “always on” you really are
- The thoughts that wake you between 3–4am
- Where resentment, anxiety, or numbness are creeping in
Company
- What still runs directly through you (decisions, relationships, approvals)
- How your calendar actually looks vs. how it should look
- Which parts of the business drain you and which parts energise you
Relationships
- Board and investors: posture, pressure, and unspoken tension
- Co-founder and leadership team: roles, trust, and hard conversations not happening
- Home: the cost your partner and family are paying for this season
Time
- Where the week really goes
- Meetings that exist out of habit instead of necessity
- Space (or lack of it) to think, not just react
Risk
- Where this pattern leads in 6–12 months if nothing changes
- The real “break points” you’re quietly afraid of

Within a few days of the main session, you get a simple write-up from me:
- Your Whole Human Map:
One-page overview of your current reality across self, company, and relationships

The three biggest things creating stress, overload, or misalignment
- 3–5 concrete changes:
Specific actions for the next 30 days – decisions, boundaries, and habits you can actually implement
- My recommendation:
An honest view on whether you can work this plan solo,
or whether you’d benefit from a deeper container like Whole Human Reset,
a Founder / Co-Founder Alignment Sprint, or a Whole Human Year.
Then we meet for a 30-minute follow-up to:
- Review what’s shifted and what hasn’t
- Adjust the plan where reality got in the way
- Answer questions about next steps – whether with me or on your own
How it fits with my other work
Whole Human Baseline is often the first step into my world.
After the Baseline, founders typically choose one of three paths:
- “This was enough for now.”
You run with the plan for a while and we reconnect if/when you hit a new season.
- “I need deeper personal work.”
We move into a Whole Human Reset (3 months of 1:1 coaching).
- “Our partnership is the real issue.”
We design a Founder / Co-Founder Alignment Sprint (6 weeks).
Sometimes, it’s immediately obvious that a Whole Human Year (12-month advisory) is the right frame.
The Baseline still gives us a starting point. If you choose to move into Reset, Sprint, or Year within 30 days, your Baseline fee is credited toward that engagement.

How to start

3. I’ll reply personally with a couple of clarifying questions and available times. If it looks like a fit, we book the session and I send you a short intake so we can hit the ground running.
