Finding a new role after being laid off.

I have assisted multiple people in the last two months who have difficulty finding a new role after being laid off.

The ones earlier in their careers often ask: "How do I know if the company I am interviewing with will treat me better than the last one?"

The answer is that you can't know. Companies are companies, not people. It is the people within companies you need to worry about. Do you like the people you are talking to? Do you believe they will do what they can to support you in becoming successful in the role?

Then join them, enjoy your time together, and know nothing is forever: You might leave, and they might leave, but along the way, you will grow and learn and be more robust for your next thing.🤗
